Here at Sono Karate, the sense of being a family and a team is the foundation to success! This is why we encorage the whole family to get invloved, take part and go on the journey together to make memories as a family.

From fun and games, traditional training, social aspects and health benifits, there is something for everyone to take away from every class. Karate is for everyone aged 4 and above, no matter what experience you have or what your own goals are, family time is such an important thing in todays society. While you may not be training yourself, we encorage all supporters to stay and watch class, becoming part of the clubs family.

However, from our experience, it is never too long before those on the sidelines get involved!
